Winding and Cutting Machine

Purpose: This cutting and winding machine has two types, one for soft wadding product, one for haed wadding product. Meanwhile, the cutting and winding machine/automatic cutting machine can also cut the gule spraying wadding into different sizes according to the requirements of customers.

Product Introduction:

The cutting mode of this machine is by fly-cutter or electric heating wire method cross cutting, and it is equipped with four longitudinal cutting knives. It is mainly used for cutting the side of glue spraying wadding, soft wadding, hard wadding or other non woven fabric and winding to wadding roll etc. Meanwhile, this machine can also cut the glue spraying wadding into different sizes according to the requirements of customers. This machine has the function of counting and tracking crosscutting.

Main Features:

(2)The wallboard is Q235A steel plate, and the frame support is 12# channel steel;

(3)The cutters are adjusted by air cylinder, equipped with 3 longitudinal cutters, and the cutters are φ 150 flat cutter is heat treated, and flying knife is used for cross cutting;

(4)The feeding rollers adopts seamless steel pipe, which is chrome plated after fine grinding, and the lifting of the upper roll is cylinder lifting;
