The bale opening machine with weighing system is usually used in combination of three units. It is suitable for mixing three or more different fibers and can mix different fibers in proportion in the non woven production line.

This machine is mainly used to open various fibers and fibers can be fed quantitatively. Multiple machines can be used to mix different fibers in proportion. It adopts automatic control and wide adjustment range, so that the ratio of different fibers is accurate and evenly mixed. Another advantage is that it uses a new electronic weighing structure to save labor.

Main Features

(1) The frame is made of Q235 steel plate by CNC laser cutting, CNC bending and modular assembly;

(2) Photoelectric automatic control of fiber feeding, frequency control of spiked lattice, control of fiber feeding quantity;

(3)The weighing bucket adopts sensitive gravity sensor with weighing function, according to the program control, the fibers are spread on the opening conveyor curtain.
