Compared with the three-roller mixer, the fiber roller blender has five rollers, which has better mixing effect and it is the front-end equipment of the nonwoven production line.

Product Introduction:

The fibers after opening are fed into the flat curtain and transported to the main mixing bin. After being opened and mixed at high speed by five opening rollers, the fibers are transported by the conveying fan with an appropriate amount of air volume for subsequent work. This machine uses two motors to control five opening rollers, so that the working speed and operation is more stable.
