Double cylinder double doffer carding machine has better carding effect and it is usually to card those raw materials that are difficult to card or relatively thin raw materials,such as 1-3D fiber.

Product Introduction:

This machine adopts double cylinders, double doffers, double random rollers, and double stripping rollers. It has the advantages of strong carding ability and high carding accuracy. The feeding rollers are paired into two upper and lower groups, with variable frequency speed regulation, and they are equipped with a metal detection device and a self-stop alarm function. And it is automatically fed into the inclined curtain of the cross lapping machine to reduce the labor intensity of the operator.

Main Features:

(1) It has the advantages of strong carding ability and high carding accuracy. All cylinders of the machine are processed precisely after quenching, tempering and qualitative treatment, and the radial runout is ≤ 0.05mm.

(2) The machine body is made from cast iron with stable structure, sheet metal cover is processed by laser cutting and NC bending which is beautiful and generous.The cover can be lifted and lowered through the air cylinder, which is convenient and safe；

(3) All transmission parts are treated with phosphating and rust prevention. The phosphating color is uniform and black, with strong adhesion and no fading.

(4) The motor adopts Hongqi brand (special motor for textile machinery), and the reducer adopts CPG brand (Taiwan,China).
